Events - 2012 Calendar

Here are the upcoming glass classes at Elements Glass Studio. Your place in class is guaranteed by payment in full before class starts(all credit cards accepted). Space is limited to 5 people per class, some classes limited to 4 people.

MINI CLASSES Classes are 2.5 hours long and all materials and use of tools are included

Earrings & Pendants � have fun creating your own original jewellery! Choose from a glass smorgasbord of bits and beads and colours. Make up to five pieces, bails and earring findings are provided. Create additional pieces at 10.00 each. Jewellery will be ready for pick up next day. When: Saturday May 5, 12:30 � 3:00pm Cost: 65.00

Fused Glass sun catchers � create up to 3 fused sun catchers Great for gifts! Create additional sun catchers at 10.00 each. No experience necessary! Pieces are ready for pick up next day. When: Sunday May 6, 12:30 � 3:00 Cost: 65.00

OPEN STUDIO! FUSING Explore your creativity in the glass studio! You will have use of tools, molds, glass and me! The class will run two weekends and in that time you may make as many pieces as you would like. Some fusing experience required When: weekends of April 14,15 & 21,22 10:00am til 4:00pm Cost: wholesale price of piece and teaching fee 120.00 per person based on 4 people per class

STAINED GLASS This class will enable people with some glass experience to create larger panels or projects. You will have use of all tools, glass supplies and me! When: weekends of May 26,27 & June 1,2 10:00am til 4:00pm Cost: whole sale price of piece and teaching fee 120.00 per person based on 4 people per class If these dates don�t work for you , I am available to discuss dates for private classes for one to four people A great weekend activity for friends! There's lots of great music to be found all around the County during the summer, but the Quarter Moon is truly unique in its approach. It has an open stage concept, and you never know who is going to turn up on any given night.

The stage is open to professional and amateur musicians alike, and the musical styles run the whole spectrum country, folk, rock, classical and more. If you're a musician you won't find a more friendly, welcoming and appreciative audience. If you're an audience member, you won't find a more varied performance anywhere, with lots of pleasant surprises as new artists hit the stage for the first time. And, by the way, it's not unusual that people who come just to listen are caught up in the mood and jump in for a spontaneous number. The atmosphere is casual, and musicians sign the playlist when they hit the door. Coffee, tea, cookies and sweets are available ... and admission is FREE, we just ask for donations at the door.
